Madison Preschool is Now Enrolling for 2013-14 School Year

Madison C-3 Preschool is licensed and accredited for children ages 3-5 years. Students must be 3 years old
by July 31 st , 2013. If you are interested in sending your child, please pick up an enrollment form at the school
and return it as soon as possible. Deadline for enrollment forms is July 1, 2013. Enrollment after that date will
be only as space allows.

Labels can be turned into any elementary classroom,
the high school English classroom, or the school office.

Proceeds from label collections is the sole funding for support Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
